Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how (“we”) collects and processes personal data when you use the platform. For personal data you upload about your own prospects, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, and billing details you provide.
- Usage data: log data, IP address, device/browser information, and feature usage.
- Customer Data: prospect records, email content, sequences, and mailbox metadata you add.
- Mailbox access: where you connect a mailbox, the credentials or OAuth tokens needed to send and read email on your behalf, stored encrypted.
2. How we use data
- To provide, secure and improve the Service, including sending, warmup, verification and reply detection.
- To enforce sending limits and anti-abuse controls that protect deliverability for all users.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; your consent where required; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Email verification data
Our verification engine performs DNS/MX lookups and SMTP handshakes against recipient mail servers to assess deliverability. We do not send the content of your emails during verification, and we do not sell verification results.
5. Sharing and processors
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the Service — for example hosting, database and payment providers — under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards. A current list is available on request. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. On account closure we delete or anonymise Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records). You can export or delete data from within the Service.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls, and structured logging. No system is perfectly secure; we maintain procedures to detect and respond to incidents and will notify affected users of a personal-data breach as required by law.
8. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and object to certain processing. Recipients who receive email through the Service can unsubscribe via the one-click unsubscribe link included in every campaign; unsubscribes are honoured through our suppression list. To exercise your rights, contact .
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and preference cookies to remember settings such as theme. We do not use advertising cookies in the application.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes. Contact: , , .
