Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using the Service. It exists to keep our shared sending infrastructure healthy for everyone. Violating it may result in throttling, suspension or termination. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permission and consent
- Only email recipients you have a lawful basis to contact — for B2B outreach, this generally means a legitimate business reason relevant to the recipient's role.
- Do not upload lists you know to be purchased or scraped where local law prohibits contacting them.
- Honour opt-outs immediately. Every campaign includes a one-click unsubscribe; suppression is enforced automatically and must not be circumvented.
2. Content rules
- No deceptive headers, subject lines or sender identities. Your “From” and reply-to must be accurate.
- No phishing, malware, or attempts to harvest credentials or payment details.
- No content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights.
- Include a valid physical mailing address where required by law (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
3. Deliverability and sending hygiene
Because mailboxes and IPs are shared across users, poor sending practice by one account harms all. You must:
- Keep bounce rates low by verifying lists before sending — our verifier flags invalid addresses automatically.
- Keep spam-complaint rates below the thresholds set by major mailbox providers (generally under 0.3%).
- Warm up new mailboxes and respect ramp-up limits rather than blasting from a cold domain.
- Not attempt to bypass sending caps, rotation limits, or anti-abuse controls.
We automatically monitor bounce and complaint rates and may pause or suspend accounts that exceed safe thresholds to protect the platform.
4. Prohibited categories
High-risk or heavily-regulated content may be restricted or require prior approval, including: cryptocurrency promotions, adult content, gambling, unsolicited financial or medical offers, and multi-level-marketing schemes. We may decline to serve these at our discretion.
5. Technical abuse
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- No use of the verification API to enumerate or harvest email addresses at scale for resale.
- No sharing of a single account to circumvent plan limits, unless using a team workspace as intended.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, throttling, suspension, or termination, with or without notice depending on severity. High-volume accounts may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC) before unlocking full sending.
7. Reporting
To report abuse or a suspected violation, contact . We take reports seriously and act on them promptly.
